I used to buy Arkon products and I really liked them. Other than that, this is the worst kit I've gotten from Arkon's Revain. I had to order a second one as important details were missing. The second did not have the same details. I contacted Arkon directly and they sent me a double tee that needs to be installed on the ball mount at the end. He was too big. I might consider raising the rating once I have the parts I want, but so far the product and customer service have been VERY inadequate! The first photo shows what was in the box. The second and third are the missing parts sent by Arkon but they are too big. The nut is stuck and the whole thing just slides back and forth. EDIT - Last night I finally got my correct double-T connector from Arkon. Now everything works as it should. I upgraded it from 1 star to 4.
