Paid for new, received used EDITED

I ordered new cases for my sons Pokémon. After opening I realized they were used. All extremely scratched up and foggy. I didn’t inspect them prior to the return window closing, so I can return them or get my money back. $35 wasted. Very disappointing.*edited* to add that the company sent 100 new cases plus sleeves to resolve the bad experience. The new cases are in perfect, brand new condition. Very pleased with their customer service.

Horrible. Can’t even slide the card in without a chance of damaging it. Do not buy these!
