TAKE THEM! for fitness and competition equipment

This is amazing. I really don't know what else you get by paying for some of the more expensive brands (other than the Olympic certified ones). These work great! I put them on the rafters in the garage and use them for push ups, push ups, deadlifts and pull ups. In fact, the options are endless. Unfortunately, the rings don't quite reach the floor to do really good push-ups with feet on the floor, but I built a jump box and just put my feet on it to move parallel to the rings. I also do some core exercises with my feet on the rings and my hands on the jump box. By the way, about training the body! In this position we do chest knees, then pike grabs, then diagonal squats and finish with climbers - all with your legs in the rings and your torso. If you like exercising and you have a place to put them, take them with you. For this price you don't get much more fitness for your money.
