Setup was pretty easy. It works great with the T-Mobile sim I bought and only costs an additional $10 per line per month. The set up guide that came with it was EXCELLENT. I followed them and had only one problem. I sent an email to the contact provided in the docs and it was resolved. Voice chat has very good sound quality and video calls are also very clear. The GPS is almost accurate and within walking distance so it's nice to know where it is when it's not with me. I don't like that you can't choose between metric and imperial in the app and that my son can't set the alarm himself, I have to do it for him, but overall it's a great watch for the money and we've got it Already recommended it to a friend who also bought one and I will be buying another for my other child.
