Be careful of aligning the outer case with the ground as the screw holes are not symmetrical. With the devices open, simply swap the buttons. Buttons are only inserted one way, but how they are inserted is clear. The "spring" for the buttons are just two foam pads. If the buttons are too tight (or too soft), replace the foam.
