For cheap headphones they work perfectly. Don't buy if you expect high performance headphones. I can say that the sound quality and volume are very good. They come in a variety of sizes to fit your ear canal and help create great soundproofing. They would be really good for sedentary purposes. A few "cons" I've noticed so far (after 3 days) compared to other headphones I've had: I've owned a lot less in the past). When you put them in the charger, they don't turn off. They disconnected several times when not in use and went into pairing mode (you need to go into phone settings and reconnect. Not sure if this is because I keep switching them between the two change phones or not ). I don't recommend them if you're physically active (walking, jogging, etc.) or have to constantly push them backwards due to their height/weight. In general I am satisfied with the value for money.
