My husband and I put it together in half an hour. We did NOT have to drill any additional holes, but I did have to punch a hole or two at the factory, NBD. Pretty easy to assemble. The fur of our cats harmonises perfectly with each other. They love multi-level perches and scratching posts. We haven't fixed it to the wall and it hasn't been knocked over yet. The top cat weighs 9.5 pounds, the cat in the bowl weighs 13 pounds. The Crested Cat loves to sleep in it all day long. Value for money seems excellent and I will definitely buy again.
