Ideal for gym use. I love all the carry handle options. The mobile phone pocket cannot be closed, but holds the mobile phone securely because it has not fallen out yet. The ice remains frozen for 3-4 hours when used in the gym, even if it is filled with tap water several times. No leakage issues as I knocked the bottle over several times in the car with the straw cap open. I also like that the bottle doesn't fog up. Too many lids came, then I know what to do with them, but better too many than too few. I even ordered a second one as a gift for an elderly friend at the gym as she loves mine. The 36 ounce size makes it easy for her to carry and manage her phone and keys. She currently has a 48 ounce stainless steel bottle with no handle and finds it difficult to handle and carry her phone/keys.
