I made a mistake buying a box of 6. 2 months lying on the floor. Now I've found that none of the pumps unlock and it's too late to go back. SOLUTION: Unscrew and remove the pump from the vial. Then hold the stem with pliers while unscrewing the pump head. It needs some work to release it. The handle fell apart but I put it back together. Finally letting go. Now I have a pump and am hoping to switch from one bottle to another. Save the working pumps for the next bottle. I love this hand soap. Note that the price fluctuates. Put him in the buy category later to catch him at the bottom.
