Unfortunately I caught a bad one.
Unfortunately I got a bad one! After installing and checking everything, only water came out of the swivel. I couldn't figure out why and it was very casual. I came back and when I cleaned and dried the shower head I found that the plastic ring in the hinge was broken or short. In my photo you can see that there is a gap. I'm almost thinking I might go to a hardware store and get more durable parts for it.
