They are very knowledgeable about computers in general as well as Dell products specifically! I have been working with them for over 10 years now so they know me by my first initial which is great because we don't always get to meet each other during our work day but when i do it's like no problem at all!! We've never had any problems or issues that required their attention outside of normal computer support/computer repair needs (which has also not really ever happened).
However if you're looking into this type service there isn't much out here besides CS&S unless your business deals directly wtih Microsoft etc.. Just make sure someone from within knows what yo need before going elsewhere since some companies just sell random parts off ebay hoping people will buy em without knowing exactly why y'all want those specific items. So far everything was solved quickly and efficiently using only knowledge gained through experience while dealing withe same product line many times already.
