As it is 100% cotton make sure you tumble dry low, stretch before drying or line dry. Now I have three of them, they do the night shift comfortably and quickly so we can start the night feedings! My daughter can't carry fleece sleeping bags so this ultra soft cotton sleeping bag was a big help. At 6 weeks she weighs about 12 pounds and has plenty of room in this bag to run around. The neckline is a bit loose at this point, but since she always wears a romper underneath, it just gives her room to grow. The sleeves cover her arms, so I think we'll be able to go without these pockets for several months. The dresses aren't so big that she can't wear them anyway. I recommend! :)
