Review on cloudSHIFT Backup & Recovery by Jeff Sorensen

I like that I can use it anywhere in the world, I dislike that there isn't an option to pay monthly without having to go through yearly contracts. It's not really user friendly, requires some know how. I think it would be better if they added more features to make it easier to use and have less technical support needed. I am using this for my business. We are able to use it all over the world and it is very easy to update files when needed, we do have to purchase licenses but it is worth it because of the price, and also the fact that it is updated often enough to keep up to date.
