I had a hernia L3 for a long time. I use pain relief creams and take Advil daily. Since wearing this device I can forgo these other supplements to relieve my pain as my shoulder position seems to pinch a nerve if not in the right shape. It takes a little getting used to, but if you try and get your muscles working properly, it will work for you. I found that I couldn't wait for the braces to do all the work. It's like a reminder to do the right thing. Treat it like a tool until you learn how to use it properly. I shoot in about 6 hours. I go to the gym without them and don't usually wear them around the house to do chores. I wear it all the time going to work or driving. It really matters to me.
