So I bought this to put on my Range Rover and it didn't stick to the dash so I had to put double tape on the back. If you place your phone in a tilted position, the cable holder that supports the charging pad will not stay in the cutouts on the base. I may still be able to change this to make it work because I don't like returning things. My recommendation to anyone thinking of buying this, don't. For crafting, you'll need to redesign the stand to keep it stationary, and perhaps add a sliding clip that will keep your phone from tipping forward and out of the stand if you take off at any speed.
