When I first put these shoes on I couldn't stop looking at my ankles! Previously, my ankles had severe overpronation; I could see that my knuckles were pointing in and the arches were flat. But after putting my shoes on, my ankles were STRAIGHT. I was surprised! I am 29 years old and my ankles have never been properly aligned in my life. I don't know how long these shoes will last but I'm happy with my first day! As a result, I developed pain in my arches and tendons from my leg being on the rise for so long. I think this wears off over time after constant use of the shoe.
