Generally disappointed with this carrier. I didn't manage to close one side of the carrier at all. It appears to be of poor quality. Ropes hang from almost all sides, but the biggest problem is the clutter in the "doors". The dirt was sticking out and when I put my hamster in it he scratched it. Finally, it was smaller than I thought, which was my own fault. My hamster is a small dwarf hamster and I found him too small. While I was trying to save a few bucks to get my hamster to the vet two blocks away, I ended up spending more. I didn't feel at all safe in that stretcher. I was so disappointed with it that I had to order another one from Revain!
