1- The ability of hiring managers to hire faster2 - The tool allows me track my interviews3- It provides great metrics for assessing how effective I am at interviewing4- There's almost nothing wrong with this software so far!I've only had good experiences using it in an interview process where there was no background check involved5. This has really improved our time management when doing large volume recruiting projects that require many more than one recruitor or department member6.- You can't have too much automation during your recruitment experience7-. If you are looking for something simple but powerful do not hesitate because once implemented everything is smooth sailing8.- Easy platform integration9/.
