5ft 11in and slim with a 30 waist fits size M. Choose more if you are wide. but i'm a little angry about it. It looks and fits great, but seriously, $35 is way overpriced for something with cheap stitching and Halloween stuff. Maximum 3 stars. I wouldn't be surprised if this is part of a Halloween costume.
