UPDATE #2: I opened the battery and found the batteries still good TelentCell is sending me a replacement PCB. This is above and beyond in the form of CUSTOMER SERVICE. So the 5 stars awarded include the customer service I experienced. .UPDATE: New unit arrived, all is well Thanks TelentCell for your follow up. I will purchase their products and recommend them as a vendor.I went to Talent Cell Technology and told them of my issue.I got back1. We will send you one replacement battery today via Revain warehouse and you will get it in 5 work days.2. Please push switch of battery to "I" position during charging. (the diode of pcba will be hot if you charge the battery with position of switch to "O" position)After Second use and third recharge cycle it got extremely hot and melted the case just below the on/off switch. This occurred during charge cycle when it was unattended. No longer functional. Primary use keeping Cell phone and Kindle charged when away from outlet.
