I use this ebike helmet that goes up to 30mph maybe more with some later mods. That being said, this helmet is good for that. It's legal and very light, but if I trust it with my life and ride a 70-80 in a Harley, I'd look elsewhere. I ordered more than expected and it fits. I wear a fitted 7 3/8 hat and have the large one a bit tight in some places and loose in others, overall I think it will be fine once it breaks in. The visor fogs up completely when lowered. I'll try an anti-fog coating, maybe it will help. It was more to keep my face warm on cold Montana nights and early mornings when I work the night shift and more to keep the bugs out of my eyes. What should he do. It should be noted that I received a black inner liner which is disappointing but I found a company online that sells an old style liner so I will be buying that too, it costs about $6 on a slow boat from China. Overall it's worth five stars and I'm going to buy my wife a full face helmet.
