Since the COVID19 virus appeared, I had to spend a lot more time on my computer and started getting severe headaches. I bought this screen because I heard it helps block blue light that causes headaches. I love this product! All you had to do was place it on the screen and it fitted perfectly. You can easily attach and detach it to wipe any dust that may have accumulated. My headaches went down significantly almost immediately after I started using the screen.
