Ours came torn and we had to send it back. Please make sure you have received both parts. They were folded for us so at first it looked like it was just one piece. It holds Copics well but as we have other brands of markers it wasn't versatile enough for our needs. (Obviously that's not the fault of the product as it's supposedly made for Copics.) The reason for the two stars is that the plastic feels very brittle and because ours is cracked I find it brittle. Instead of this case, we opted for a marker bag.
