My most recent encounter with TINSKY, an online retailer specializing in education, arts and crafts, office products, school supplies, and office and school supplies, was less than satisfying. Despite the fact that I had placed an order for certain office supplies for my company, the whole process left me feeling annoyed and unsatisfied. To begin, the quality of the customer service was quite poor. Because I had some questions about the products and the delivery, I attempted to get in touch with the company's customer care team. On the other hand, their answer was sluggish and not very helpful. It took them several days to respond to my emails, and once they did, the answers they supplied were evasive and unhelpful. I even tried calling them, but the phone line was constantly busy, and I was forced to wait on hold for extended periods of time without receiving any kind of response. To make matters even more inconvenient, the shipment of my order was held up. My things were supposed to arrive within five business days, but it took almost two weeks for them to show up. I was given a guarantee that they would. Throughout this time period, I was required to keep getting in touch with TINSKY to receive an update on my order, and they continued assuring me that it was on its way despite the fact that this was not the case. When the things were delivered, I found that they did not live up to the standards I had set for them. The quality was subpar, and several of the items were flawed in some way. I made an effort to give them back, but the procedure for doing so was convoluted and time-consuming. My time spent with TINSKY was, on the whole, not quite as satisfying as I had hoped. My overall opinion of the company is unfavorable due to the subpar quality of their products, as well as the delivery delays and terrible customer support I received from them. I would never suggest this place to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning there for any of my purchasing needs in the foreseeable future.
