Bakes faster than traditional loaf pans
Perfect size loaves for singles and couples! I came up with the following banana bread recipe and then divided the batter between both pans (I use EVOO in a misto spray bottle). With these two pans, I bake for 30 minutes in the toaster with great results - that's almost an hour in my regular glass loaf pan. 3 very ripe bananas. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. added. Pour into a bread pan (I used EVOO in Misto). Bake 350 for an hour.
