Review on Caffeine Eye Cream Colombian Moisturize by Ashley Baldwin

I'd like to think it works right away - it doesn't. I wake up with swollen eyes, especially in spring. I put it on and waited a bit - it didn't penetrate my skin, it just hung there and looked greasy. The caffeine idea made sense to me. It even smells like coffee. I knew immediately what I was going to shoot. Contrary to other reviewers I don't think it absorbs well, not compared to other creams. I used a smear but it got very oily == I couldn't imagine putting eyeshadow on it. As for the eyeliner, no, it smudges instantly. I had to delete most of it. Will try it in the evening but definitely don't recommend under makeup unless you want your eye makeup to slide off instantly :/ It's a good concept but this product is too sticky and greasy to handle to wear during the day.
