I hate writing this because I love Bissell carpet cleaners. Hoover vacuums never seem to live up to the claims no matter how good they are in the ratings, but somehow even the moderately rated Bissell does a great job of cleaning and drying carpets. However, this attachment is simply not true. It is not designed to spray more or wider swaths to cover the required area. Apparently, the downside of this model is spraying (hence the cheap price). Larger heads between this and the standard 3" nozzle will spray better than this if you follow the directions. This is not the case with this model. a few more times before cleaning? It ends up taking just as long as spraying and brushing and then goes on neatly. After learning that the bottom spray issue was related to the spray power of the device compared to the size of this nozzle, I went back to using my turbo and deep capture tools, which I love way more than I'll ever love any device should .for house cleaning. Good luck finding what works for you.
