Review on AideXpress by Jimmy Jefferson

I like how they are able to help with my mother's needs, she is in assisted living and not receiving much assistance from her family anymore. They have been very helpful so far! We've had issues getting them to show up at times but it has improved over time. It would be nice if they could come more often or even every day for some of our residents who need constant attention. But overall we're satisfied with their service. My mom enjoys having someone there when she wakes up because she doesn't always remember what happened during the night. She also likes having someone take her out once in awhile since she isn't feeling well most days. The staff is friendly as well. So I guess all in all everything works great. We haven't really encountered any problems yet. Sometimes I wish they were better organized though sometimes things get lost in between appointments. Like medication refills or doctor visits. If they aren't showing up then it makes me worry about whether or not.
