I connected it according to the instructions but PS4 doesn't recognize it as a device. I've searched the internet for solutions and haven't found anything substantial. Thought they were better than straight out of the box. waste of time and money. However, can no longer comment on their performance due to the initial issue. The first part of a good product works as advertised. It's not like this.
