They don't provide enough review options so it's almost rigged in the company's favour. The taste was ok and it's pretty straight forward and speaks for itself. Technically, using 'pods' works very well as a 'routine' for a young child, as long as they have something to protect their hands. It is by no means toxic. However, this product was and is a waste of money. We actually tried two different products from this company and neither of them worked. My partner went to Home Depot and asked a clerk. He bought a jar of something that cost $17-18 and it worked like magic. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. We spent over $50 trying different products before getting a jug from Home Depot. It doesn't help break up the litter and it did NOTHING for the smell. In fact, the smell got worse.
