These hair ties were an absolute hit on the bus and in the aftercare for my 6 year old. My daughter gives to all her friends. They are very cute and colorful, durable and can be made into a pretty bracelet when you take them out. We love them and will 100% buy more for small gifts! They also don't get tangled in your hair! BONUS! The packaging is presented in different mixed colors. I'd say 98% bright and I have some blues/greens and more muted colors (ie non-fluorescent). They'll slip out when braided into straighter hair into the end of a braid if you're worried about that. I would either use them closer to my head or in a ponytail or coarser hair.
