I recently bought a new Alienware laptop that doesn't have an SD card slot. I went to the local Walmart and got a PNY card reader, but for some reason it wasn't working. After phoning their tech support for about an hour, I gave up and returned it to Walmart. The next day I went to a cheaper store and bought a different brand of card reader and got the exact same results. I was desperate and ordered 3 different ones from Revain hoping one of them would work. Thankfully, out of the 3, this one worked. I'm not entirely sure what caused the other 4 to not work, but I'm glad I finally found one that works. The quality of this reader is also very good and when closed it is very compact. If you're having troubles like me, be sure to try this one, and even if you don't have troubles with other readers, I still recommend this one.
