I am the type of person who always gets lucky when buying used electronics or cars. I took it from Ibeya and from hands and video cards and motherboards and cameras - everything was always normal. I first took the BlackShark v2x, but I was very uncomfortable and uncomfortable in them, and now I have to spend 6-8 hours a day in headphones. They were starting to give me a headache. They are like in a vise, although my bowler hat is of the usual size. Plus very hot. In short, a few days later I decided to exchange them. Began to read reviews about Kraken TE. I marveled at how much bad luck with them because of their software. I was sure that everything would be OK with them. It wasn't there, gee. In general, I brought it, stuck it, installed their program, logged in. Everything started, THX is theirs. A few hours later, the sound suddenly fell off on the entire computer. I pulled my ears out of the USB - there is no sound, even in an external speaker. I played around with switching playback devices - there is no sound. Demolished the program - there is no sound. Rebooted the computer - no sound. Got into the device manager. Then, somewhere in the unknown depths of Winda's sound settings, I found some checkboxes, ticked them and the sound appeared in the speaker. I stick my ears back into the USB, the computer does not see them and the auto-installation of the software does not work. Ok, I manually download the software from their site, install it, try to log in. The password is not accepted. I'm trying to change my password, I get an email. There I follow the link, change the password, log in - it won't let me. I decide that I have to wait, most likely their server works with a delay. Indeed, in half an hour I was able to log in. Ok, so I started this hurdy-gurdy again. When installing their software was ated. I thought that was the reason. So what? After 2-3 hours of operation, the sound disappeared completely again. I spat and traded them again. So in the furnace these Kryakens.
