I've never owned a PDA and didn't know if it was one the right thing for me. So I decided to go with the cheapest on the market. I was not disappointed. I've had the m100 for a week now and have already forgotten my Franklin Planner (a major annoyance now only lies in my office). m100 handles my cases and appointments quite well. I can input them directly into the m100 or into my computer, which I then 'connect' to the m100 by pressing a button on the cable that comes with the kit. The supplied software is on a CD and can be easily installed on a PC. Syncing between your PC and the m100 is easy and error-free. The only thing that it's not so good at taking notes at meetings. Take notes on the go with the Franklin Planner; Here you'll need to carry around a small notepad (it's difficult to take notes on the m100 unless you're an expert at graffiti, a letter-recognizing program). But trust me, I'd rather carry a small m100 and a small notepad with me at all times than a Franklin planner. In a word, it is easy to use, convenient and flawless in work.
