It catches hair and overheats.
I work in a nursing home. The second time I used these trimmers, they caught my clients hair and pulled it out. Then he immediately overheated and burned his hand. It's not safe. I've had many trimmers to work with and none of them have had this happen. Maybe I got a defective product. I'm not sure. They're beautifully made, but that just can't be.
