I've wanted this tool since I first heard about it last year. I was apprehensive about buying it because I haven't seen it used personally and read bad reviews. But I finally made up my mind and bought it a little over a week ago. I really like it! It works as promised and is easy to use. Not sure why others are having issues but I'm right handed, I use a piercing mat, I used the tool on the table and I sat down.
