So I looked at other reviews and they all said they were a lot bigger than they really are. So I took the smallest size for my 2.5 year old who wears a size 8-9. Too small! Ordered again and received 7/8 and it fits perfectly but no extra room to grow. I'm guessing he needs 8/9 by mid summer or towards the end. Either these reviewers don't even know the actual size of their children's shoes, or their children's feet were smaller than they thought. In any case, stick to your children's normal size, if you don't want or need room to grow, maybe go down a size if you're looking for something that fits perfectly.
