Review on Live Infinitely Insulated Sports Bottle by Jonathan Fernandez

We bought them for kids to take to school. After some searching for double insulated water bottles that weren't too big and had decent reviews I bought 2 of these. Emerald and Teal. When they arrived we loved them all! They even matched lunch boxes, which wasn't planned. Every morning we filled them with ice and water the next day, and every night we hand washed and dried them. The colors were so pretty and they seemed to fit perfectly in the two kids side pockets of the backpack. I don't like washing my hands (we haven't had a dishwasher for a very long time so it's hard to go back haha!) but since we loved bottled water so much I didn't mind at all! Less than 2 weeks for school though and my son brought it home with a broken lid. The entire transparent cover on the lid was broken at the hinge. They are sitting under their desks at school and are accidentally knocked over. Hit the plastic part of the hinge squarely and the lid came off... Because it was knocked over while it was on the floor. We were sad, but I also thought I could find a stronger replacement lid. Fast forward to today...my daughter was still using her water bottle (until it broke today!) and I bought and sent back 2 caps which after measuring were supposed to fit but not for my sons. My daughter is a teenager and has a bottom locker that she accidentally knocked over while putting stuff in her backpack. Broke on the opposite side of my sons and now won't close due to that part coming loose... After being knocked over at ground level. So I'm writing my first annoyed review. These lids don't hold up and break very easily. Plus, a replacement (better quality) costs more than half the cost of a water bottle. So now we have 2 cute water bottles that aren't worth anything because they don't have caps! To be honest I think they should have at least one other lid option to choose from when purchasing. Especially for those who haven't wrapped their water bottle in bubble wrap all day. If they had fallen from a great height I wouldn't have been mad but they both got knocked down... it's frustrating!
