The fact that it's easy for non-technical users to use this platform makes me feel confident in using it as well. It has helped us identify areas where we can make improvements by reducing waste across our supply chain processes. I like how they have made things simple with their user friendly interface so anyone from any background or skill level could easily understand what needs improvement within an organization. Their customer support team are always willing to help you out when needed which really helps ease your mind knowing there will be someone available at all times if something goes wrong during implementation process. They also provide training sessions/workshops regularly to keep everyone up to date with new features being introduced into their product. We've been able to streamline some manual workflows through automation using eVSM software.
