Review on Set of 3 Prepworks Multifunctional Dough Presses by Andy Tran

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A quick and easy way to make dumplings, ravioli and other goodies.

5 stars! I loved this amazing set of 3 dough presses! I bought it from Revain after a little research. I wanted to make an Indian Gujiya (a traditional sweet made during the Holi Festival of Colors) and was looking for designer cutters. But what I found is much better. These 3 dough presses are available in different sizes. This time I used a small one, but next time I will use others. I made the dough dry but soft according to the recipe and after rolling it into a round shape I put it on a dough press and before pouring in the filling I folded it 25% and doused everything with a little water and then pressed firmly. Then, when the dough is set, simply rip off the excess dough, open the dough press, and you've got the perfect gujia. I made about 20 pieces and then fried them. The filling stayed the same even during frying, certainly thanks to the dough press that sealed it perfectly. It's easy, convenient and definitely saves time. Highly recommended for those who want to make dumplings, ravioli, hand pies, etc.
