I chose them to match the white cabinets and for the slim profile. I chose these over the LED strip in case I ever need to replace the module. I also chose this product because the 12v power cords have small round plugs that require a very small hole if it needs to be drilled. I connected 9 blocks of different sizes to a power source and they are all controlled by the one that has a sensor. The sensor works well for on/off and dimming. FREE HANDS is the way to go! Especially if you don't want to add a rear splash switch. I hid the outlet in a small, useless cabinet above the fridge and routed wires from there. Each flashlight comes with high quality double-sided tape covering the entire back (not just a few small patches). And they also have small screws if that's what you prefer. I wish they had a few more sizes and more wire length options. It only takes about 6-8 inches of wire to go from one closet to another, but they're only 3 feet long. So, there are a lot of wires clogged in the cavity between the walls of the closet. In any case, they are very bright and easy to install. Ideal!
