They had constipation

These snacks taste good and my kid liked them but I think because they are iron fortified they made them very constipated and I didn't have to give them to her either. So it tastes great, it's easy for a child to pick up and eat, it dissolves easily but can cause constipation, especially if your child isn't used to high iron intake.
