When I received this I thought it was good value for money. After a few weeks of use, I find that this is very inconsistent and not worth the money. What you expect most from a charger is that it charges consistently and well. This charger will only charge my Surface Go when plugged into the Surface port with the cable pulled down. In the other direction, it becomes a 2% charge per day. The charge is also inconsistent in the other direction. One swipe and it stops completely, although the charge indicator is still lit. The warranty card in the box states one year. The manufacturer sent an email asking them to ignore this. Based on the stories and the inconsistent product, I was under the impression that this product wasn't ready for prime time. Avoid if you can.
