Update. It sucks. i give it back It works for me, but the configuration software always opens when the tablet is not connected to the network, and drawing with it in pen mode is a complete joke. It actually works better in mouse mode, but it's still terrible when you're not using it as a mouse. First review I just got this thing and as soon as I downloaded the driver my Windows 10 machine froze. I've been in the software world for 12 years and I know how to load and disable drivers which means it wasn't user error. When I restart my computer, the pen doesn't have to touch the bar to move the pointer on the screen. Holding the stylus 2 inches above the pad moves the pointer, causing the pointer to move away from the target you are trying to select. I'll play around with it a little more and try to tweak it, so my rating may change. I will say that the tablet is really thin and light which is nice and if I can get the stylus to work properly it will have a nice design. This is IF I can get it to work properly. If not, my next update to this review will be about this company's customer service and returns process. Since it comes right out of the box, I would advise you to look for another graphics tablet instead. To update. I will return this product. I loaded the driver correctly and 1 out of 3 times when I use my tablet my new Windows 10 laptop freezes. To make matters worse, the tablet settings software opens and shows up on my screen even when the tablet is not connected to the network. In order to install the driver, you must then deactivate the virus software. I've found that it works much better when the stylus is in mouse mode rather than pen mode. Do not buy this product. It's just another cheap Chinese made horrible product that is a complete waste of money.
