Review on KUBEY by Larry Lackings

The KUBEY online store has a wide variety of tools and equipment, but their dearth of support is discouraging. As a life guide, I place a premium on businesses that put their customers first; unfortunately, KUBEY does not. The website is simple to navigate, but I received a damaged and partial shipment. I tried calling customer support, but I got unhelpful and condescending responses. As a result of my unfavorable encounter, I will not be recommending KUBEY. I've found that KUBEY falls short of the standards I set for myself as a life guide, which is to surround myself with upbeat, trustworthy people and organizations.
