Works damn well for under $12. The other day, on my way home from work, I noticed a pea-sized chip. After contacting a reputable glass repair company, I was offered over $140 to fix my windshield (versus $120 for me to go to them). I saw YouTuber Chrisfix make a video of this stuff and it had pretty good results so I decided to give it a try. I am very happy with the results! The instructions are crystal clear and even have photo illustrations. I took my time with the process and it took about an hour. The first step is to create a vacuum for ten minutes using the plunger provided. I waited fifteen minutes for this step to make sure no more air bubbles formed (viewed the crack from the inside of the windshield). After completing this task, I followed the instructions for the T pretty much exactly, except I did the final step twice with the healing strip. The difference between day and night, the crack is so hard to see now and can only be seen from a certain angle. Doctors say this product doesn't completely remove the stain but stops the crack from growing which is exactly what I need. Follow directions (including operating temp) and you'll be fine, unless you have a giant tear that's larger than the applicator, which is about 1.5 inches.
