After the second use, two weeks apart, both trips was stored in the overhead bin of the airlines, the side zipper came off the track opposite of the starting point for the zipper and the zipper lost its interlocking and would not stay closed. It was not overfilled or over capacity as it was filled with two small packing cubes (one filled with a pair of shorts, t-shirt, socks, underwear, the other filled with toiletries) and a pair of shoes and a single suit with one dress shirt and one tie inside the wardrobe portion.Unfortunately, I do not know of a way to get it replaced or what can be done, if anything. I am in the process of contacting revain. It is an amazing design, durable fabric and stitching however, the zipper that holds it together could've been of higher quality or reinforced better. Unless mine was defective.Hope this helps.
