Has helped my hormonal (aka giant cystic clots from hellish depths) acne. I would just look at the frequency. I feel like I get more acne if I accidentally use it 2-3 days in a row. But twice a week seems ideal to keep acne at bay. I don't know if it does anything for the scars, but so far it has helped prevent acne. I use it with Innisfree Green Tea Cleanser and Mizon All-in-One Snail Repair Cream + Cosrx Aloe Sunscreen. Sometimes I use Ziana Gel at night. On days like this I try not to use it because they're both too strong. I've been learning a lot about the skin barrier lately and it's clear that if you overload products with powerful ingredients, you destroy the barrier and then nothing will work.
