Novelty decorative lights for dorms, or just plain light effects.
These are novelty light bulbs. You don't get this for the light but only for decorative purposes, unless, of course, you want only dim lights. It looks plain silver mirror finish when off. It similar to an infinity lights but with a different approach. It feels like all plastics except for the base.
