Review on Sonicview 360 Elite: Unveiling the Ultimate Immersive Experience by Brandon Peters

Sonicview 360 Elite is a great free satellite receiver - one of the best in my opinion - but beware! Never, EVER, EVER update your device software! I made that mistake and experienced much sorrow as a result; Recent versions of the software intentionally include a timed error message that causes the device to freeze. When this happens, the only way to change channels is to hard reboot and quickly type in the new channel you want to watch before it freezes again. To top it off, when an error message pops up on the screen, it obscures part of the image and doesn't go away. Sonicview didn't respond when I emailed them for help with the issue and it took a long time to search the web. find a solution. Finally I found a page with an old version of the software. After installing this old version I had no more problems (knock on wood!). Without this issue I would have given this unit 5 stars, but due to the lack of customer support from Sonicview, the difficulty in finding a solution, and my uncertainty as to whether the solution is permanent, I can only rate it a two star, and myself that might be too generous.
